Dave has assisted leadership teams in the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives that have impacted organizational change. Utilizing his expertise in technology, finance, and consumer goods Dave supports his many Fortune 500 clients as they learn to successfully operate in today’s uncertain business environment.
Bertha’s 25 years of experience designing client solutions makes her ideal for her current role as Account Executive. Her knowledge and empathic perspective allow her to effectively assess and define the challenges and opportunities facing today’s organizations. Bertha’s extensive experience, developing solutions for global clients with diverse needs and situations, gives her the ability to provide useful and relevant business solutions to all of her clients.
As an Account Executive, Chip makes use of his years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience to assist his large client base. His ability to focus on specific client needs, in combination with his expertise in designing appropriate engagement models, has benefitted many organizations from diverse industries. Chip’s strategic and creative focus allows him to consult effectively with professionals at every level to assess and address their specific business needs.
As an Account Representative, Ludmila is responsible for responding to incoming client inquiries, ensuring that each one gets the appropriate follow-up and coordinated support. She works closely with our Account Executives to cultivate successful and mutually beneficial client relationships. This includes monitoring and managing operational needs for her clients. Ludmila’s attentiveness and focus on client satisfaction ensure that she consistently provides exemplary customer service.
As Vice President, Enterprise Client Relations, Alan is responsible for coordinating internal resources to ensure that all client relationships are fully optimized. For over 20 years, he has delivered high-impact successful business solutions to a diverse client base. His extensive market development, sales, and change management experience has honed his ability to identify and respond to market conditions and client needs, resulting in many meaningful and long-term partnerships.
As Client Services Representative, Blair effectively manages incoming inquiries, providing clients with relevant and timely information. She also tracks and assists in internal reporting and the completion of Client Agreements. Blair’s work with the Enterprise Solutions team ensures that operational procedural standards are met and exceeded. Blair’s thoroughness and responsiveness result in increased overall client satisfaction.
Kelley applies her experience with all aspects of the client development process in her position as the Client Intersection Manager. Her knowledge and analytical skills enable her to coordinate Presenters’ and Coaches’ schedules to meet client requests. She also effectively manages the internal operations needed to provide successful training events for her clients. Kelley’s conscientiousness and responsiveness result in an exceptional and professional experience for her clients.
