GTD Public Webinars are an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of GTD, in an engaging and interactive virtual format. If you're new to GTD, our foundational webinars help you understand the big picture so you can get your GTD system up and running quickly. If you're more familiar with GTD, our advanced webinars will help you recognize any gaps in your workflow, and get support on your path to mastery.

Foundational Webinars

Keys to Getting Things Done® is an interactive and concise 60-minute webinar that will deepen your mastery of GTD®. You'll learn about the best practices and tools for managing the five phases of your workflow: Collect, Process, Organize, Review, and Do. Experience a "mind sweep" and walk through the decision making model for moving your input from "stuff" to clear outcomes and actions. Get tips for setting up a seamless system.

This webinar is a valuable overview for a better understanding of the big picture of managing your workflow with GTD, and is recommended before any of our "Advanced" webinars. While this webinar won't get into specific tools and demonstrations, it will give you specific direction on what to look for in choosing the best tools to make your GTD system as good as it can be. Includes a helpful set of handouts to support you.

Thursday, June 6, 3pm Pacific Time
Note: the webinar above has been scheduled at a time that is more convenient for GTDers in Australia, New Zealand, and East Asia, where it will be the morning of Friday, June 7. Check your time zone.

Thursday, July 18, 10am Pacific Time

Advanced Webinars

Guided GTD Weekly Review® is a 75-minute “working webinar” where you will be led step-by-step through what David Allen calls the “critical success factor” to GTD. Get a taste of Getting Clear (processing inboxes to zero), Getting Current (reviewing Project, Next Action, and Waiting For lists), and Getting Creative (being creative & courageous).  This webinar is recommended only if you have some familiarity with GTD (for example, you have at least read the Getting Things Done book or attended the Keys webinar), as it moves quickly into applying the methodology.

The focus will include strategies for dealing with backlog email, structuring email to support action management, the GTD models for processing and organizing email, and storing reference information. The presenter will show examples that can be applied to nearly any email program, but will not focus on any particular email program.

Upcoming dates for this webinar will be posted here soon.

Guided GTD Mind Sweep is a 60-minute “working webinar” where you will be led step-by-step through capturing what has your attention and making decisions about those items through an exercise using the GTD processing questions.

The only prerequisite is familiarity with GTD through the Getting Things Done book, our seminars, coaching, or the Keys to Getting Things Done webinar.  This webinar is not designed for those brand new to GTD, as it assumes that you have an understanding of the fundamental principles and have at least the basic framework of a GTD system in place to organize your input into.
